A 50% deposit is due in order to officially place your order. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 week prior to pick up date.

All orders are to be picked up no later than 12:00 PM on the due date. Items not picked up on time may be picked up on a later scheduled date. Deposits are non-refundable. Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on any custom order.
